Good morning, The last week we have had a tough, difficult week. We can all associate with those types of weeks. Both Wilma and I had a serious bout of flu that we needed to navigate. I want to share an interesting subject that the Holy Spirit spoke into my heart.  I heard very clearly these words spoken into my spirit: "corruptible" and "incorruptible seed," and what followed was an amazing experience.  Not only was the sermon on Sunday morning exactly on that topic matter, but it also made me sit and spend time on what this really means. 1.   Good morning,  I wrote a new post on Friday, 13 Feb, but then, after meditating about it for some time, I decided to delete it. I felt the message was not shared clearly enough, and the story told was taking away focus from the real message God wants us to hear. So this is the new version.  I want to share something with you in love, something that touched me very deeply and the message penetrated every fiber of my being in mind and spirit. It is a gentle but urgent warning that is shaping my own walk with God. The Holy Spirit was consistently reminding me of the importance of this message. When we get saved, changed, or touched by God, that moment and instance will bring a sense of strong awe and amasement of God's grace. But as time passes and we allow the experience to wear off, over weeks, months, or even years, we can find ourselves slowly drift into a place where we treat that holy encounter like something that was ordinary.   Good afternoon, friends and family! What an incredible weekend we had. It was so encouraging to see the pure joy on someone’s face because of their new pet, and then to hear another person’s powerful testimony about a work breakthrough after almost four months of standing in faith. God’s goodness really never stops. Yesterday in church—especially during worship—I heard the Holy Spirit speak to me very clearly: “What is your foundation?” In God’s Kingdom and in His Word, I’ve learned that there are often hidden truths and fresh revelations waiting to be discovered. That led me to this verse: Isaiah 28:16 (NIV) “So this is what the Sovereign LORD says: ‘See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation; the one who relies on it will never be stricken with panic .’” This scripture is a prophetic promise pointing straight to Jesus. Good afternoon, Over the past week, a few real things happened to real people around here—things that stirred up emotions, some good and some tough. The challenge we all face on this earth is finding a way to handle both the highs and lows without losing our focus—keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus on the cross, no matter how hard it gets sometimes. We had power cuts that threw us off balance for a bit. We managed with backup power… until I accidentally blew the generator. Then my wife broke a tooth—the second one in just a month. Two unplanned dental bills in quick succession, and they're not cheap. The microwave gave up about a month ago too. Our daughter was sick for six long weeks before we finally got the right diagnosis—thank God she's healed and doing well now. And to top it off, our water bill came in 30% higher than usual.
